We actually owe Boro for an infamous Cup defeat at their place.....

pumped that the game is on my birthday
it's also World AIDS Day so something good is bound to happen
Can't believe I've seen some people disappointed with this draw. It could have been better and could have been worse but at the end of the day if we can't beat a championship side in the quarter finals of a cup, we don't deserve to win it.
Also, agree that Martinez has to go full strength now, it's a real shot for us. IF we can get past Boro and avoid City in the semi-finals, we could be on for a Wembley and a real shot at this!
I got World AIDS once, nasty thing.
Certainly worse than Continental AIDS.
Wouldn't it have been ace if the draw had been before the end of the United match? The penalty shootout would have been even better.Follows the end of the Man Utd-Boro game, so we have to wait longer.
But it was Klopp's first League Cup game for the mighty RS. In fact, it was Klopp's first domestic cup game for the might RS. In fact, it was Klopp's first home domestic cup tie for the mighty RS. In fact, it was Klopp's first home domestic cup tie where they scored in the first half. That game set so many records it was bound to be televised.really? [Poor language removed] me, what a terrible game to choose.
Did you watch the United game ?Lads Boro are good. Very good. Don't underestimate them. Thankfully Bobby knows this.
Was that the quarter final where the home team won? Just saying.@Matt_Cheetham: Everton's last Cup final (2009) involved a QF v Middlesbrough en route.
Superb draw for us that, basically won the Cup already which is pretty nice for October.
