Doucoure who indeed signed a 5 year contract with Watford FC last summer has an informal agreement with Gino Pozzo that he can leave if his value is met. However he has already told the club that he doesn’t fancy Everton as the club isn’t big enough for him as his next port of call. His preferences are PSG, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea whom have shown interest and he may wait until their transfer ban has expired.
