Did a double session on Friday and then gave myself the weekend off, back to running tonight and then boxing Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, anyone want a fight or a fisting them PM me.

Heard on the grapevine that it's an old washed up, short, American man. Seems kind of angry though, says he will kill his next opponent, or at least bite his ears off, charity match or not. They said you should recognise the name but I don't know anyone called Mike Dyson...
