He was impeached. Congress voted to impeach on two counts. The senate aquitted Clinton by failing to reach the 2/3 required to remove from office.

So yes Clinton remains one of two American preseidents in history to be impeached. Pretty disgraceful. Not only that he was disbarred. But hey ho I guess a lawyer being disbarred is in no way a disgrace.

Technically Clinton wasn't disbarred. License was suspended in Arkansas for a number of years, but he could get it back now.
He resigned from the Supreme Court bar before he could be disbarred.
