Everything else is speculation and after 18 months given that the whole Russia story was concocted by the Clinton campaign in the first place I suspect there's nothing there.

That is incorrect. What exactly does the kidnapping case have to do with Russia, it was nothing more than a fishing expedition plus its probably not true and there's no way a president couldn't pardon him for crimes he did while a federal official.

There's a huge difference between state employees who are supposed to carry out the will if the elected officials and people appointed by the administration to carry out the political will of the administration.
I have no problem with Mueller's appointment. It means no one can accuse anyone if a whitewash.
Theres nothing to convict since it had past the time allowed.dude was banned from a mall for bothering young girls. Not convicted yet but he reeks of yewtree
They would be federal crimes. Mueller is a federal appointment. It has nothing to do with state laws. That is incorrect.

Does the President have authority to grant clemency for a state conviction?
No. The President’s clemency power is conferred by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States, which provides: “The President . . . shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” Thus, the President’s authority to grant clemency is limited to federal offenses and offenses prosecuted by the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States in the D.C. Superior Court. An offense that violates a state law is not an offense against the United States. A person who wishes to seek a pardon or a commutation of sentence for a state offense should contact the authorities of the state in which the conviction occurred. Such state authorities are typically the Governor or a state board of pardons and/or paroles, if the state government has created such a board.
Everything, as the fat mess has pretty much endorsed him. Tax cuts for the rich are more important than kids not being diddles by a good old boyTheres nothing to convict since it had past the time allowed.
What also does this have to do with trump?
They can be both federal and state crimes. They would be federal crimes. Mueller is a federal appointment. It has nothing to do with state laws.

No that's not speculation unlike the stuff on trump.

Mueller can't indict for state crimes. He neither has the power to do so or provide immunity. As I explained, everyone Mueller has charged so far is almost certainly guilty of a wide range of state-level crimes.
If Trump issues any pardons for federal crimes, Mueller need only impose these state-level charges. He has likely refrained from pressing them at the federal level so he can employ them later if necessary at the state level while avoiding double jeopardy.
This is why it's a near certainty that everyone he has charged so far is co-operating fully. He has them all over a barrel.
As to the Russia connection, the whole point of the special investigation is to find out what, if anything, actually happened. And given that Mueller is clearly flipping even the National Security Advisor to chase bigger fish, I expect we will eventually find out.
To say nothing of whatever other indiscretions emerge as part of the investigation - money-laundering, obstruction of justice, violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act...
During the 1990s, the Republicans, true to form, invented a whole series of entirely fabricated accusations against Clinton before finally settling on lying about a consensual blow job.

Its a nonsense argument.
He thinks he will get Kushner. Kushner may have done something arguably illegal like contact Russia during the transition or lie to Congress but I will be shocked if anything happened before the media reported the Russia collusion story. They are hoping they will get them on naivety and what I'm saying is Congress would be crazy to impeach for that and the supreme Court wouldn't let them. While the court can't stop impeachment they can define what constitutes an impeach able offence.
It was wrong then as it is wrong now.As I explained, everyone Mueller has charged so far is almost certainly guilty of a wide range of state-level crimes.

Even you can't show any link to Russia, collusion or anything Mueller is actually assigned to investigate.Mueller can't personally, but the states can, and if you read the link I posted, you'd learn that he is already working with state Attorney Generals
If Jared goes down, it will likely be for offering favours overseas in exchange for buying the building that he dramatically overpaid for and can't otherwise sell.
We also know it was this agent who changed the wording of comey regarding the Clinton case and the decision not to indict her even though the reason given (no intent) was irrelevant. No that's not speculation unlike the stuff on trump.
We know the fbi agent used the Clinton dossier to get a warrant to monitor the Trump campaign. We know it's a dossier mostly debunked. We know the political views of this agent. We know Mueller fired him when he took over.
My theory is that the FBI was working with the Clinton organisation to cover up the email story until eventually Comey tried to cover his ass leading to what he said during the election. Russia was always a nothing story used to deflect from this. They then hoped the Trump team would screw up and they could get him on a technicality. That may have still happened but even if it has I doubt Congress would impeach him for that creating a constitutional crisis which would probably go all the way to the supreme Court.
