I am not a fan of Conway, she is like a deranged soccer mom. I honestly think her and Spicey have awful jobs. I don't think they mean most of what they say in their defence of the crap their 12 year old boss says.
It's also hilarious, how the right in general think its ok that the president goes on rants on twitter and that he doesn't mean it. It's his thing apparently and he's not really like that. Who are they kidding?
They are desperate to distance themselves from his recent tweets.
As with the lower courts, his twitter feed is fair game on a ruling on his Travel Ban.
From this it appears to depend on how broadly the court decides to rule

One of the more bizarre things about this is that neither Trump nor his supporters seem to care that the Justice department reports to Trump - if he wanted to stay with the original ban rather than the "watered down" version he could have ordered them to do so and done so directly without using twitter.

The FBI has arrested a contractor for allegedly printing and leaking a classified NSA document to The Intercept. It concerned a Russian military intelligence operation last year targeting local U.S. election officials.
The contractor, Reality Leigh Winner, is reportedly an Air Force Veteran who worked with Pluribus International Corporation and was assigned to a government facility in Georgia. She confirmed she printed the intel, carried it by hand, and leaked it to the press.

An unintended consequence is that the criminal complaint seems to at least partially confirm the legitimacy of the report, and will lead to more coverage of Russian interference in the election — something that infuriates President Trump.
