538 isn't as good as RCP because it amalgamates all the garbage low-rated polls alongside the top rated polls. Even then, Trump is only down by 0.6% on 538.I'm afraid all that is wrong.
On 538 (which overestimates Trump and underestimates Dems as of 2022) has Harris ahead in PA. They also over represent Trump pollsters. He's behind, and running out of time.
The polls overestimate Republicans. In 2022 his party was meant to win and lost.
How vote base aren't silent. It's the opposite of that. It's a very vocal minority, but the majority silently dislike him.
He is behind on the polls, and when you factor in polls over estimating him, it's a long way behind.
But then the Trump fans were telling us Harris would flop. She hasn't. Trump fans are very dumb and don't understand, and essentially whatever they/you say, the opposite is likely true.

RCP got PA bang on the money in 2020 pre-election, that's why they are the ones to look at for this upcoming election:

2022 mid-terms is your reason why polls are overestimating Trump? Haha. Last time I checked, Trump wasn't on the ballot in 2022 and therefore your point is null and void. The rest of the GOP is not the same as Trump. Firstly, the mid-terms don't even get 50% of the turnouts that Presidential elections get and secondly, Trump brings out all the white working-class and low propensity voters that would never touch the mid-terms elections. It's precisely why the same reason Democrats underperformed the mid-term elections under Obama because the African-American voters did not turn out.
Trump will overperform his polls again.
Trump voters aren't silent anymore? Again, where is your data or evidence to back this up? What about the low propensity voters Trump attracts that never participate in the political discourse but will turn out on election day? What about the Amish that don't participate in polls but will turn out to vote for Trump? Many of Trump's voter base in the Rust Belt simply don't participate in the polls and these aren't the sort of voters who came out to vote in 2022.

Sage words from Donald.
"I always loved those circles, they were so beautiful, they were so beautiful to look at. In fact the person that did them, that was the best thing about his, the level of that circle was great, but they couldn’t get people so they used to have the press stand in those circles because they couldn’t get the people. Then I heard we lost. ‘Oh we lost.’ No, we’re never going to let that happen again. But we’ve been abused by other countries we’ve been abused by our own politicians really, more than other countries."
