Listening somehow actually made him sound even dumber. He was saying the way he got right back up and pumped his fist showed he had made an immediate full psychological recovery. Bull****. Also, it was probably physically impossible for the bullet to have hit him less without actually missing him. Winning back the presidency is basically the only hope he has of continuing to evade justice for his myriad crimes. The Supreme Court ruling a couple weeks ago that the president is above the law will only add to his desperation to get back in the White House.
