Its simple logic. If it was not logical then the democrats would never have pushed this case to trial over the FBI.

The fact here is that there are alot of people looking at the democrats, Biden and NYC in a highly negative way.

Daniels was not on trial. The jury did not have to believe any of the more salacious details of her testimony, just that she had sex with Trump. And that it was that sex that Trump was trying to hide when he arranged for her to be paid $130k.

For a man that is notoriously tight with money and regularly stiffs people who provide him services the defense clearly failed to provide an alternative explanation for the payment.

Just speaking for myself I have repeated posted about John Edwards who was tried (although not convicted) on very similar charges to Trump. By the Obama DOJ no less!

Also Harvey Weinstein, a prominent democrat at the time, has been mentioned. Who most of us thought was guilty as hell.

People of all political persuasions can and do commit crimes. It just seems that in recent years that Republicans believe that any prosecution of a fellow Republican is a “witch-hunt”, “politically motivated”, “biased” or “rigged”.

He broke the law while in NYC
His main legal council was the former Mayor of NYC

The guy he had running his businesses is a felon from NYC
His chief fixer was a felon from NYC
His crooked university was based out of NYC
His dumb TV shows were based out of NYC
His whole brand is NYC

but you want him tried in Nebraska?
