Some interesting more information on the Pipe Bomber hoax? I wonder why aren't the media, the FBI and the Congress demanding we find this person that wanted to blow up the DNC and the RNC? It's all Jan 6th was an insurrection, but we don't want to know about the pipe bomber ..

According to journalist Marcy Wheeler, the FBI relied heavily on controversial geofence warrants as part of its investigations into January 6 suspects, identifying over 5,000 unique devices based on Google Location History. Geofence search warrants are meant to locate devices within a given area based on digital services like GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals. According to a follow-up report by Wired, the filings suggest that these geofence warrants also captured phones that were in airplane mode or otherwise out of cell service. Further, it appears that individuals who attempted to delete their location data in the days after January 6 were of particular interest to the FBI.

In fact, the pipe bomb suspect would be a particularly easy geo-fencing target because the suspect was alone in a specific, known area at a specific, known time.

The argument is that it's up to the outgoing President to decide what is Presidential and what is Personal, and Trump (and Trump-lovers) have trouble understanding the distinction. In some cases, I can see that it's a possible grey area. But, classified documents? Really?

The documents can in no way be understood to be "personal records". The fact that a President of the United States of America believes them to be, and so many supporters blindly (i.e. ignoring facts) follow every word is either very, very concerning for humanity or just plain disingenuous.

The above case was about NARA's refusal to designate the Clinton tapes as 'Presidential' after the fact - and it was decided they have no power to do so. Therefore it makes sense that NARA can't designate what Trump took as 'Presidential' after the fact.

But anyway, Trump's hasn't been indicted over the Presidential Records Act.

The fact is that Trump is indicted under the Espionage Act.

The concept that the below records, all of which the indictment alleges Trump willfully kept, a former president can soley designate as personal rather than presidential and then store/distrubute however they see fit is so bat guano insane it can only come from Judicial Watch.
