I honestly wasn't picking on Chicago. I could have picked almost any major city in the US. I also have no doubt some of the worst cities for public schools have some very good, if not outstanding, schools too. However, as a general rule, if a public school district in the US doesn't have a high number of Asian students it's probably gonna be pretty crap at teaching maths.

This is getting even weirder.

It's Americans though. Their expertise in history is a similar level to Chicago public schools and math proficiency. No offence to Americans, we in the UK aren't any better.
