Yeah, paying someone 30k is a really stupid decision when Trump has his chance of winning the Presidency of the United States at stake. Most presidential campaigns go through 30k in the blink of an eye.

Paying someone £30k when you havnt done anything, or have to prove you havnt, is the definition of Idiot.

Some bloke(there may have been a female involved too I don't know) got a pay-off due to a story he was going to the press with. It appears the story was unfounded but the guy still got something like $30k from Trump/his lawyer or whoever Trump says paid him off. It all occurred during the 2016 campaign. Again, its no coincidence it happened at that time.

How are we even arguing about this? The entire world heard audio of the man not only admitting, but BRAGGING that he is able to get away with sexually assaulting women because he is famous. Case closed.

However quite how that payoff, unreported at the time, makes any of the other accusations leveled at him in 2016 more likely to be false and motovated by money rather than triggered by genuine horror that a man who assaulted you being in line for the presidency, I an unclear on.

Sorry, stop misquoting me. I don't think I've misquoted or strawmanned anyone on this thread yet it's continually done against me. I said that Trump attracts certain parties to him that see him as an easy mark. It happened at least twice during the 16 election when two separate parties(Stormy Daniels and another) successfully bribed him for hush money. I think a number of women have had affairs with him, some not, who then want a pay-off. I'm gonna say the sexual assaults probably didn't happen but I wouldn't defend Trump more strongly than this. Or I'd at least say the chances of these allegations being phoney are fairly high.

I remember when the powers that be tried to get Assange on rape charges. It's the oldest trick in the book.

Why do you think that?

For instance this woman, who has now testified under oath and who told multiple people at the time of the incident and had a documented meeting with him to interview him.

Most of the replies to me seem to be of the petty variety so I won't reply to them directly.To those so convinced of Trump's guilt; what's your opinion of the Ashley Biden claims? What about Juanita Broaddrick back in the day? Are Clinton and Biden guilty? Or since none of us were present maybe we simply cannot confirm the veracity of the allegations.
