Thanks for sharing this very interesting article. Very clever of the NAACP to invoke violation of Ku Klux Klan Act in their lawsuit. The statute was clearly intended to protect against conspiracies and voting intimidation so hopefully it will hold up during these court proceedings.This is an interesting legal approach, using an old law from 1871 that protects African Americans from intimidation.
