Did Bidens actions, or that of his son in nefarious business deals not warrant similar retribution. You see this is what I’m on about. Sometimes you have to let it go, for the benefit of the country. But for Pelosi, it seems personal, and she won’t care as long as she gets what she wants.......

Apologies to everyone else, but I'm really curious to dig deeper into this statement from Pete.

What about Hunter Biden's business deals was "nefarious"?

Don't get me wrong, I do believe it's dodgy but as far as I can tell the only thing he is actually under investigation for is tax issues. Let's face it, tax issues are as fragile a glass house for Trump supporters to throw stones from as any.

I don't think politician's children should be getting enriched by foreign companies for what appears to be no actual reason but how much do you think the Trump clan are getting for public appearances, speeches, and endorsements off of the back of their dad being President? That type of behaviour is not a one-sided issue which makes the complaints about Biden's son as an attack on Biden himself fall apart.

As an independent American who has many friends on both sides and hears from them regularly, I can safely tell you.....that both sides are rubbish, and its really sad and hilarious at how desperate Republicans and Democrats are to out stupid(the nicest I can put it) eachother, and how much their "believers" will swallow as long as their guy has a Red R or Blue D in front of their name.

Could just swap that for Tories and Labour to be honest..

I think the Republicans are steaming out into a commanding lead in this regard. Will be years before the Democrats can catch up again
Id agree except the Democrats have gone so crazy stupid on the radical progressives side they lost most of the downballot races this past election.

That means they arent looking good for next election unless they stop being as crazy extreme on one side as the Republicans on the other. Both sides have 4 years to change that of course and for one of them to moderate, as people have the memory of a goldfish and will vote based on the past couple of months before any election only.

Not really - don't forget the last Labour government was ten years ago, and the last even slightly socialist Labour government more than forty years ago.

The stupid people are the ones who keep thinking that the cure for this country's ills is more of the same.
Neo sommet eh? lol

But then again, they don't have party members who supported and, in some cases, incited a coup against a democratically elected president, resulting in a mob of people overrunning the Capitol building for the first time in 2 centuries. And be deemed so dangerous to life and democracy as to need more servicemen in Washington then in warzones abroad. Not that the Democrats don't have problems, but I think you're overplaying the kooky liberal wing of the democratic party who get a bit shrill on Twitter from time to time
