From reading the story I can't work out if he thought she was 15 or not. It says she plays Borats 15 year old daughter posing as a Russian reporter but it also suggests that he only found out she was 15 when Borat came in saying 'she's only 15, too old for you'. It's a bit confusing.

I think I read that she was posing as a reporter for some right wing media source. Presumably Rudy assumed she was old enough for him to be utterly disgusting and put me off solid food for the next week or two.

Irrespective of what age he thought she was, and not to go all Mike Pence here, but as the president‘s lawyer you would think he‘d have enough sense to refuse the invite to go alone to the hotel room of anyone who he had just met - huge security risk.

It is their job to keep POTUS safe and one of the people who knows a huge amount of personal data about the president (phone #s, travel schedule, legal info etc) is reckless to the point of ridiculousness on security protocol.
