The election results hardly even matter anymore. He is going to court...it's what he has done his whole life. He is banking on the Supreme Court siding with him that the election was illegitimate. Ramming through another justice who will support him is an insurance policy.
Our democracy is dead I'm afraid.
Right wingers are suddenly pivoting to an old conservative slogan...we are not a democracy, we are a republic. It's not actually true. Yes we are a Federal Republic, but we are also a Representative Democracy. It's why voter suppression has always been a goal of conservatives.

I don’t agree that he’ll win with that attempt, primarily because he’ll have precisely no evidence of any form of widespread election fraud, because the only attempted fraud will be from him.
I also think the issue of the SC judges has been overblown, they can only rule on matters of law and unlike the ridiculous Senate decision to clear him on the impeachment charges, matter of actual law are fact based and he’s not going to have a case, especially given the margin by which I fully expect him to lose.
His parting gift to your Nation is far more likely to be major civil insurrection I’m afraid, as he’ll incite it.

I hope you're correct above the former and incorrect about the latter. However from our own elections here, I'm always sceptical about any poll except the exit ones.
