If a 60 year old was telling me their life story and they mentioned they sacrificed a family for their 'cool' career I would think that sounds like a cool career, but it's sad they didn't have a family.

No, of course not, but I'm not stupid enough to say it's one thing or the other. Of course there are biological differences which come into play to affect the course of women's lives but there are also social/environmental obstacles which impede them, not least the asinine sexism which your own views seem to embody.
