Not really no? I assume you'd also want 50/50 in dirty jobs such as bin men? Or caring jobs?
Important argument there, surprised nobody has said it before

I grew up poor as did the bloke a year younger than me from down the road who owns a successful business and is held in high esteem in his field. We had the same opportunities in life but he did better, should I feel resentment towards him?
That's the thing though. I don't see either as a problem. Men and women are biologically different and choose to enter different professions.
I see that as a positive thing.
So you don't want 50/50 in those roles. Why shouldn't the caring profession l be 50/50 men and women?
*sips tea*
You're embarrassing yourself now. Can you really not see the difference?

I really can't. What's the difference?
The state can't give a person work ethic and ambition. That's how he got to where he is while his peers, including myself were happy to arse about from job to job in order to get beer money.Dude, even when the dice are loaded it's still possible to throw a six every now and then. That doesn't mean you're not entitled to complain about how crooked the game is. Surely, it's not that hard to understand.
I'm literally shaking my head here. Give it a bit of thought. Maybe, if the penny drops, you'll stop embarrassing yourself.
Night, night.
You obviously can't explain the difference, but want to virtue signal.
It depends why there are fewer women (or men in female dominated professions). You seem to assume that it is all because of inherent biological differences.Well, yes.
For example, I don't view having fewer women than men in tech as a problem that needs to be equalised.
Equality doesn't exist in humans, it doesn't exist in nature. Beauty is biological, intelligence is biological etc.

As a graduate in a subject, Physics, with one of the largest gender gaps and a career in a tech/manufacturing I can assure you that, despite a lot of progress having been made to equalise opportunity, there are still quite a few stigmas and barriers to overcome.
