Yea, these are all issues not caused by the Russians, most by Americans with the aid of a certain Australian.
The Russians are responsible for taking the elements you've outlined and used them to stoke fear and division, leading to the election of a nut job, making it far harder to right the wrongs.
They did the same to the UK.

It's not so much that Russia is attempting to meddle with the election, like they did in 2016, it's that a candidate is welcoming and encouraging their efforts in full expectation of personal benefit, like he did in 2016.
