Aside from not being comfortable wishing death on anyone, even someone as awful as Trump, I don’t think him being assassinated would be a net positive in any way. Him, and everything he stands for, needs to be rejected at the polls by the American people, and he needs to leave the White House with his tail between his legs and then held to account for any crimes he may have committed. Some lunatic killing him while he’s still in office would only allow him to be held up by his cult followers as some sort of martyr, which would, in my opinion, make things MUCH, MUCH worse.
