If he loses, and actually leaves, there's a high chance he wont be prosecuted as the dems will use this as leverage to keep him in line.
edit, of course, he wont be able to keep his mouth shut and we could be in for another messy few years while he's charged.
Trump will very likely lose the election, but that doesn't rule out that he won't steal/cheat his way into a 2nd term. They still haven't replaced any mailboxes it seems, yes?

He may not need Twitter so much following the election. Speculation in 2016 had it that he intended to set up his own branded media organization once he lost to Clinton. If it was more or less accurate, I'd expect those plans were put on hold rather than abandoned, since he's had several years to solidify a reliable audience.
