yup, I live in the city and my street is majority Latino, they're all looking at getting out. The city is building a light rail station by us which ironically means when it opens, parking will be nuts, most were holding out till it opened in 2022 but are now looking at moving earlier. Latino families will be replaced by biotech couples with no kids.Coronavirus has definitely improved the relative attractiveness of the suburbs and even rural areas as more companies are finding that remote working isn’t as bad as they may have thought.

The flight to the suburbs is real and growing, as coronavirus changes the way people live
If millennials once piled into the cities, fueling downtown renewal and growth, apparently they are now piling out. The stay-at-home orders brought on by coronavirus have more potential homebuyers looking for properties in the suburbs. Millennials are now the largest cohort of buyers.www.cnbc.com
But it doesn’t appear it is a repeat of the “white flight” of the 60s and 70s and the suburba have been gradually getting more integrated over time anyway so hopefully this race-baiting has less power than it used to.
Not sure if you saw this interview with him and his wife?So glad you posted this Legs, I've found Fauci's tireless dedication to informing the public on top of all his others duties inspirational. He's been a very comforting influence

The massive judicial appointments will be the lasting Trump/McConnell legacy the next administration/congress can't undo.

Yea, thank god the senate majority leader is an upstandin honorable man... oh wait. crap.Well look on the bright side, at least we know McConnell would never countenance giving a hearing to a Supreme Court nominee in an election year.![]()
Where do you live in Boston? I used to have an apartment on the corner of Newbury and Hereford back when I used to teach at BU. The apartment was quite affordable (tiny studio) despite the great great location...I used to stay there a few nights during the week (we had a house in Falmouth as well since my then partner worked at the Marine Biological Labs down there). I miss Boston and especially Cape Cod.yup, I live in the city and my street is majority Latino, they're all looking at getting out.
