But nobody is denying their right to say it. We've not said "they shouldn't be allowed to say it" or be arrested for doing so, and we're not stopping them by calling them grim on a forum.
We heard it and thought the story was "bigots at a Trump rally". You heard it and said they're protected by rights to free speech even though nobody ever said otherwise. Was a strange first take to have upon watching the video imo

At this point racist Trump supporter is sort of an oxymoron. And those racist Trump supporters are unfortunately protected by the first amendment to spew their hate speech at a Hispanic. But their employers might have policies against it, which is why the interwebs has outed many racists for who they are.
Free speech doesn't mean others can't call them out for the absolute pieces of crap they are.

This is kind of what I thought. A couple of other things. Obviously this video lacks a certain context, as we don’t see what came before and if he had somehow provoked or agitated these people trying elicit this response. Also, from what he says at the end of the video, it appears as though the person filming is actually a Native American rather than Hispanic, which adds another, almost incomprehensible, level of stupidity to a group of white people effectively telling him to “go back where he came from”.
These people certainly have the right to have whatever their awful views may be, and even verbalize them amongst one another. However, I don’t know anyone who thinks their rights extend to publicly harassing and abusing another person in this manner. By any account, this sort of behavior seems to trample all over one’s “unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.
