lets play a bit. if your suggestion proofs to be correct - that russians really did hack DNC - then....again another dud. only thing they did was reveal the corruptness of obama administration. if journalist would have discovered those infos he/she would have got the pulitzer price.

1) the Obama administration is not the DNC and 2) of course it is different if a journalist discovers the info, if for example the Russians has revealed Trump's tax filings I'd have had an equal problem with that - you can believe that a foreign governmentment trying to influence the election is wrong and worrying without being partisan about it.
