If they do those same tv-debates we've seen in previous presidential elections I really fear for Biden's chances. Trump is known, Biden's mental condition is perhaps not yet fully known by the wider populace, so many swing voters may go with better the devil you know.
Plus Biden's creepy reputation will get pushed by his opponents, and regardless of what we may think of Trump's conduct with grown women, he at least isn't on record as being inappropriately touchy-feely with minors.
Disagree. Both are incoherent to some degree, Biden more so than Trump right now. As I said above: Trump's incoherence is a known thing amongst the electorate, Biden hasn't had that coverage yet, but he will by the time we get to TV debates.
In which direction? Pence is a dry character, but coherent at least. Their debate battle will likely be a sober one about policy.

not joking...their debate battle will broadly be one of conservative Republican vs progressive Democratian policies...not a bloodbath, quite 50/50. Pence is coherent and if you agree with more of his policies than Warren's (as the majority of American States do) then you'll be giving him the edge.

The problem prev, is that wasn't a senile comment. A horrendous stupid dangerous one, yes. Arrogant, idiotic, president-ending comment yes. But I think he knew what he was saying. The impression I got is that he thought he was offering leftfield ideas a chance to air, and was already fantasising about one of them working so he can take the credit about being the great saviour. Bonkers, delusional, toxic comment. But not senile.

Well in that case (even if I grant your premise re: Biden, which tbh I don’t) then the decision is between a dangerous, narcissistic, uninformed, arrogant, delusional, toxic moron of epic proportions surrounded by sycophants, enablers and yes men... and a guy who has the odd bad day due to advancing years, but is more likely to staff his administration with competent professionals.
