and if the election was tomorrow it would be considered too close to call. we are a very diseased country.

Read a bunch of stuff yesterday on Twitter talking about their constitutional rights being impeded by the virus. The founders knew about viruses and never would have wanted the country shutdown. Sueing mayors/governors seems to be gaining steam in right wing echo chambers.

They also think Trump is playing it perfectly. Pushing blame on guys like Andrew Cuomo.

God knows I have little time for Boris Johnson, but can you IMAGINE if he, in the middle of this situation, accused NHS workers of this? There'd be mobs with torches and pitchforks outside Downing Street within the hour (And rightly so)

Boris is Trump. The difference between the UK and US is that a large portion of your electorate still has a sliver of humanity and your media is only partially whipped so he wouldn't get away w/ it. About say 15 years ago our electorate was similar, but you are well on the same path to following in our footsteps. I would advise you don't continue the same path.
