The people running for president have. They are the ones running and thus far many off them have repeatedly spoken of their plans for office and their policies.
The left running the impeachment show are not running for President. that is not to say some of those running haven't talked about it.
Trump on the other hand has done nothing to speak about what he will do in his next term other than pointing at the left and saying how bad they are and how "great" he is. His ads don't mention anything new other than the same three items he promised and not delivered this term.
You would see that if you weren't one of his mouthpiece minions.
