Sondland has already has his memory “refreshed“ and made an addendum to his testimony. Seems like it would be legally wise of him to not make that a habit especially as the witness today claims that the sensitive call with Trump was made in a public place with others present.

That's debatable I would think. Witness testimony is one type of evidence primarily used in court, particularly criminal courts.
At the same time however, heresay is largely given little value unless it's content etc is proven to have probative value and is corroborated by other evidence presented.
Nevertheless, I haven't seen or heard anything from those giving evidence yet which is particularly damning, let alone of significant value.
It just seems a lot is based on what people have heard, been told, felt, interpreted.
Nevertheless, if this strikes out then Schiff will no doubt keep trying at something else which pops up.
At the end of the day, you beat him at the ballot box. And you do that by giving the people are better choice. It says more about the Dems that they aren't looking to do that than it does about Trump. He's doing what he does, many don't like it but you can't deny at the same time many do.
Watching from a far, and not being particularly immersed in everything that is going on all the time, I think the Dems look like they haven't a clue on how to tackle Trump's policies and message.
Time will tell.

Actually, they're doing both at the same time. There's what, 18 Democratic candidates left in the race? Every one of them, with the possible (and only POSSIBLE) exception of Marianne Williamson would be a better President and has better policies which would help more people than Trump.
Seems like a decent enough choice.

18 Democrats like you said still in the race. That's exactly what's wrong, too many. I'd say a couple at most have a chance of taking it up to Trump but they're all too busy thinking they are the one and deserve it.
