Lord have mercy....a Trump-Brexit amalgamation thread.
It's this more than anything for most of the Republicans and reluctant Trump supporters that I know.I don't think he is tbh. He's clearly a lad who backed Trump originally, sees on some level what a disaster he has been, but doing mental backflips and somersaults to avoid coming to terms with the simple facts that show Donald Trump is stupid, racist, a probable multiple sex offender, traitor and large scale tax fraud.
Also, he seems to have some beef with women and liberal people, and displays the classic symptoms of someone who doesn't care about what is right or good, only that the "libtards" don't get their way on anything. He's basically too close to the island to swim back.
My diagnosis: Snova/liamg/toffy/st. Domingo is a moral coward, not a racist. Dr. Prevenger, you've done it again!
Yes.It's this more than anything for most of the Republicans and reluctant Trump supporters that I know.
Between the spinelessness of McConnel et al, and Republican voters support of Trump’s statements, the GOP is no longer the party of Reagan that at least paid lip service to America being founded, enriched and strengthened by immigration - it is fully Trump’s now.NEW YORK (Reuters) - Support for U.S. President Donald Trump increased slightly among Republicans after he lashed out on Twitter over the weekend in a racially charged attack on four minority Democratic congresswomen, a Reuters/Ipsos public opinion poll shows. The national survey, conducted on Monday and Tuesday after Trump told the lawmakers they should “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came," showed his net approval among members of his Republican Party rose by 5 percentage points to 72%, compared with a similar poll that ran last week.

The pivot to a “he’s more narcissistic than bigoted” defense is a bold move, lets see how it works out for him.
Clearly nothing. They wear the red shirts of the righteous and all other colors determine "the bad".What I also find hilarious is that for the doublespeak of Republicans, you can look no farther than 4 years ago to find contradictions, and for Trump he might even contradict himself within days or hours.
But Republicans do some really weird stuff like harkening back to Democratic policies in the 1800s.
I mean, what's wrong with these people.
