Where did you read that about not being able to return to her home?

Millions were raised for her so I doubt she's suffering

Nothing about his confirmation hearing was disqualifying. Just because lots of angry Trump haters made some noise, that doesn't disqualify you. What would've disqualified him would've been proof he attacked her, or at least some serious corraborating evidence of her story. Some proof he was even where she said the attack took place - apparently no one saw him. It was a house party. This is basic stuff you need when convicting someone of a crime

I'm sure you know this but what you have to remember about the Kavanaugh situation is this - he was and is a Republican. A conservative. Trump haters and the left didn't want him on the court for that reason. Those are facts. Christine Blasey Ford was just a convenient pawn and quickly forgotten about when her story didn't wash, in the same way these women accusing Trump of rape are being used for the same reasons and by the same people

Trump haters and the left didn't want him on the court for that reason. Those are facts. To be fair having checked back it was a bit longer than a month ago, but still months after the hearings. And the story was carried literally everywhere. CBS, Newsweek, WaPo, Business Insider, Fortune to name a few.

His hearing should have been disqualifying, even discounting the (credible) accusation.

Until Kavanaugh there was at least a PRETENCE that the SC was non-partisan. Kavanaugh openly threatened political retribution against Democrats at his confirmation hearing. THAT ALONE would have been disqualifying in any other era (and that’s putting aside his clearly unsuitable temperament)

Oh and MILLIONS weren’t raised. c. $1m was raised, which went (after legal, security and re-housing/accommodation costs were covered) to organisations helping victims of sexual assault etc.

His temperament might have made right wing nut jobs happy during his confirmation hearing, but most people able to see a bit beyond their ideology and just see reality would say he's unfit.

Put the shoe on the other foot.

She actually moved from her home. They live somewhere else now as a result of the harassment and threats.

And you are correct she did not use any of the million to pay for anything personal not even the new home.

Given our friend says he reads multiple news sources he would have read this himself instead of having you try to recall. Or maybe google it himself

It was all over the news from nearly every source after the hearings last year. Several sources revisited her ordeal. Google it here i will help blassey ford cannot go home....

Mad you hadn't read that seen as you claim to read many sources of news.

Also although the Democrats handled it wrong it does not mean she was not telling the truth.

So you don't believe her and you also don't believe the women all 20 of them who accuse Trump? None of them? They are all lying?

You are one stellar human being.

The irony is you accuse the Democrats of being shady yet you are dismissing all of these women simply because of your politics. How are you any better?

The question isn't silly for the very fact that we are talking about a "random women." The "random women" part is exactly why I asked it. People (mostly white conservatives) are very quick to dismiss claims of sexual assault so long as it is a random woman; but yet somehow (in your case) still would be very incensed if the woman in question was their wife, sister, daughter, mother, etc. Anonymity drives contempt. But at least you answered the question...You have interesting views on the Ford case.
