All the republicans bleating about the recount.. why are you worried? If you won fair and square then the recount will just confirm your victory.
In the NC gubernatorial race the incumbent Republican (McCrory) is losing to his Democrat opponent (around 7000 votes) and will not concede and has demanded a state wide recount. That's going ahead with the full support of the GOP. So why is it okay to push for a recount on that and not in three states were voting irregularities have already been found?

im actually not very concerned. but i think if the process STARTS...it means Clinton will ultimately turn this. BUT i think they wont even start the recount because it's ridiculous.

i think it is ridiculous that they want recounts after fair elections.. it's a total meltdown. this will go straight into the history books after Trump steps into the office.

I'm not sure of the validity of this, well in fact it sounds like Walter-Mitty stuff, however can any US resident comment on the following scenario.
An old colleague of mine, who currently lives in Pennsylvania, says that he was able to vote multiple times (for Clinton) as there was no ID checks.
He claims that he was able to simply rock up to a polling station and vote without any form of checks, which sounds absolutely ludicrous.
Is this possible? Are there any checks? If so, are they extensive and thorough? Hopefully I can tell him to stop chatting such garbage.
