Current Affairs Donald Trump POS: Judgement cometh and that right soon

Even if their behaviour was equivalent, their positions aren't.

For instance I think it damn rude not to attend a ceremony honoring war dead because it is a bit wet/windy - it is significantly more impactful when that is the behaviour of the President of the United States and Commander in Chief than it would be by a CNN reporter.

Its more than rude. Its utterly reprehensible and a lasting stain on the office of the President of the United States. Not that he cares a jot.

I weep for America these days.

To not attend a ceremony honouring war dead because of the weather is rude; to not attend a ceremony honouring the war dead of the same force whose men and women who guard him day and night because of the weather and on the day after the 243rd anniversary of their founding is downright insulting.

Especially as the very act they're honouring was fighting done in the most barbaric conditions imaginable. The whole thing is supposed to be honouring the bravery of men in such horrific circumstances, so to call off because you're worried about your hair do is beyond poor.

And for a country that reveres their armed forces, ("thank you for your service" and all that), it could prove to be a massive gaff. Hope so.

It is hard to see how it can't be; I mean how on earth do you spin that given that everyone else went?

I am pretty sure there will be a photo of the Queen and/or Prince Phillip at a service in the rain at the age of 85 or 90, somewhere. That should do it.

I'm expecting this to be the fault of some traitorous underling who the deep state put in place in order to decieve the man of the people.

The more you think about it, the more disgusting and unforgivable it is.

Head of State, and Commander in Chief, basically cant be bothered to honour the fallen. On a significant anniversary.

In terms of the stuff he has done so far as a nominee and as President, I'd say this is by some distance the one that will cause him the most damage - his base would have reacted better to him converting to Islam than this, which as you say is unforgiveable (and doubly so when you see the pictures like LL's above).

I was wrong, it would have been better for him to STFU than say this.

Nothing about the destruction or the deaths but instead this fictitious nonsense.

Didn't he put someone in charge of the "Forest Management"? Why not ask Sonny Perdue or the person he appointed to the head position in the forest service Vicki Christiansen why management is so bad

He is out of his depth.

Consistently on here we have people say how shrewd or clever he can be and he is purposely trolling etc.... but really he really is just stupid.

If Obama had done that, Fox, Republicans and co would have gone spare.

But I could basically have said the same thing every day of Trump's presidency.
