Crooked Hillary Clinton?
From the articles I’ve read as you say the White House NDA won’t stand up in court - don’t think Omarosa even signed a WH NDA.This will get interesting. President Trump's campaign organization (still in existence and prepping, apparently, for another run for 2020) is taking action citing a non-disclosure agreement that allegedly applies to Omarosa. It's been reported that the White House has had employees of sign NDAs as government employees, but it appears they won't hold up - but it may be different that the campaign is taking this action. Anyone know enough about this to comment intelligently? Of course, lack of knowledge doesn't stop me from commenting!
(CNN)President Donald Trump's campaign said Tuesday it has filed for arbitration, accusing Omarosa Manigault Newman, the former campaign aide and White House official, of breaching a 2016 nondisclosure agreement with the campaign.
The move is the first legal action the Trump campaign has taken since Manigault Newman published a tell-all book about her time as a Trump campaign adviser and senior White House official.
Trump Campaign action against Omarosa
The Trump campaign has separately filed a civil lawsuit against Manigault-Newman, claiming that her comments on the president breached the campaign NDA she signed before working in the White House. But that is of no consequence either, at least with respect to her time in the administration. This NDA can no more contractually bind her to surrender her First Amendment rights than could the NDA she was offered after her departure from government.
More tapes eh, still waiting for the other supposed tapes to be released.
Did anyone keep a receipt?
If this comes out before the midterms, the gop are screwed (I've thought that before tho!)
Yea, don't think it will make one bit of difference to his base but I reckon it will put a lot of pressure on the politicians who usually remain silent when he does something unacceptable (so all the time)Sadly I don't think it would/will matter.

I've given up thinking anything he says or does will make a difference to his base. His supporters will probably cite something vaguely racist a democratic president said 60 years ago and claim equivalence
