This will get interesting. President Trump's campaign organization (still in existence and prepping, apparently, for another run for 2020) is taking action citing a non-disclosure agreement that allegedly applies to Omarosa. It's been reported that the White House has had employees of sign NDAs as government employees, but it appears they won't hold up - but it may be different that the campaign is taking this action. Anyone know enough about this to comment intelligently? Of course, lack of knowledge doesn't stop me from commenting!

From the articles I’ve read as you say the White House NDA won’t stand up in court - don’t think Omarosa even signed a WH NDA.
This article suggests the campaign NDA won’t be valid for any disclosures she makes about time in the administration.

So her exposure seems to be from any descriptions she makes of Trump during the campaign.
Although think this is likely just a lawsuit to calm Trump and will be quietly dropped once the news cycle has moved om like lots of others have been - remember when he was going to sue his accusers or Steve Bannon?

Yea, don't think it will make one bit of difference to his base but I reckon it will put a lot of pressure on the politicians who usually remain silent when he does something unacceptable (so all the time)
I've given up thinking anything he says or does will make a difference to his base. His supporters will probably cite something vaguely racist a democratic president said 60 years ago and claim equivalence

This is what makes the way the media have covered the Omorosa book so odd - exposing the fact he's used the N word is going to be nowhere near as damaging to him as looking into the implication that he's been screwing an evangelical pastor would be.
