"We were peacefully and quietly enjoying breakfast and then they mobilized their mob against us," Kirk said. He and Owens had arrived at Green Eggs at 8 a.m., Kirk said, just as the restaurant had opened.
He had described the confrontation further on Twitter earlier in the morning, posting that "Within 20 mins ANTIFA mobilized a protest, started screaming at us, attacked us, & threatened death against us."
A tweet sent from the account @PhillyANTIFA, called Kirk a "neo-fascist" and said Kirk visited Philadelphia "in a heat wave so some hydration enthusiasts gave him a drenching."
Example Tweet, with as expected feisty comments below it:
Strange racial-chanting at black police:
Candace Owens has some interesting views, and she's a Trump supporter. While she's deffo a provocateur and of course she looks for any advantages that may further her cause, I've got a feeling some on the Left have issues with black people supporting Trump, and this manifests itself thus.
And thus:
Candace Owens mimics N.Y. Times' Sarah Jeong, gets suspended by Twitter
There is a significantly-stupid element of young people who try to be engaged in politics but do so in infantile counter-productive ways, we saw it on the Far Right thread with the harrassment of that bookshop, and now we saw the Left have a go (more examples of course in the Far Left thread)...also recalls the mad zombie-like behaviour of the
he will not divide us camera, as if chanting that phrase repeatedly would somehow be useful...
Now with Alex Jones getting de-platformed, we can expect lots more drama getting eagerly shared from both sides as they seek to gain an advantage over the other during this weird culture war, and the more ampflified it gets, the more Trump is in his element.
So lots more Twitter comments getting shared, yaaaay!
