Yes, the court of public opinion might come to a different conclusion, especially after Fox et al has spun it.
However that won’t change the fact that the IG himself who examined the evidence repeated on multiple occasions that those biases did not change the investigation or the conclusions it drew.
He did however find that Comey made multiple deviances from established department procedure that adversely affected Clinton.

I can understand the reasons behind the rule but this is just heartbreaking.
It's nice to see Trump has fantastic role models who he wishes to emulate in his own despot regime.
