But it is interesting Tillerson specifically mentioned Russia in his leaving speech, not so long ago he was given a Russian Order of Friendship so must have seen quite a bit in the last year that has soured him on that relationship.
Tillerson knows what side his bread is buttered on.

That is why he could be so dangerous - he isn't a man who is dependent on Trump, he doesn't need the money, he has achieved loads himself, he is old enough not to care and he is not someone who the GOP are going to find it easy to go after.
