Its literally impossible to gauge this. "Maybe by having someone who can cross more reliably we win by more". If we took him completely out of the picture, sure. But then we'd be playing with 10 men.
Good option to have coming off the bench and playing lower teams where he will have an impact. Need someone with a bit more quality for the '6 point matches'. That being said, played well today and has done in all competitive matches so far. Can't ask more than that.

Looked a much better player when placed in his primary position and was challenging and stretching their defence.
Without a doubt he did and he also looks to have grown in confidence with that European winner .
The biggest thing that playing DCL through the centre showed was the difference a hold up striker/target man could make to our team and how that has to be a priority.
Like all young players has the capacity to develop and take big strides in improving. Totally inconsistent and lacking when out wide, played in the middle he looks 10 times better. More to come from him in the middle and potential to develop into a decent centre forward

Thought he had a decent game yesterday..second half anyways

If he belts in a derby winner I'll be happy. But to put him down when he's always made a difference when played upfront, is frankly baffling.
