2024/25 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Thanks and goodbye value for money I suppose, but should of left once he was fit a few seasons ago poor management sees him leave on a free not that bothered he’s going but obviously these are the kind of business decisions we hopefully see an end to

You know, I agree with you - but I don't blame DCL. I blame the club.

Had the Friedkins been in sooner, I suspect he would have been sold for a fee 12 months ago. But it is what it is.
It's well documented there was efforts to do so. His wage demands scuppered any mooted moves.

That’s a highly unexciting thing tbf
Maybe not a first glance no. But IF he gets his hunger back and Moyes can get a tune out of an unwanted player that needs revitalising then along side Barry signing it would provide interesting options next summer. Sell Beto, has Chermiti done well enough on loan?

But it could easily go the other way and he's rubbish. Time would tell. Just don't see us spending significant fees on TWO strikers one will deffo be a lower cost option.
