Rooney as expected was excellent Gylfi was good but it was DCL who's finishing was poor and it sort of shocked me how poor he was. His all around play is good but finishing hasn't changed

The problem is , he’s not an available option enough and if we are to push further up the league these kind of players are not the standard

He will end up at a club currently doing better than Everton.
Play to his strengths and actually have other capable strikers and there is no problem. Manage his playing time instead of flogging him at 70% and wait until he is injured again.

It was Klassen not Iceland though wasn't it? And yes DCL was the worst of the three for sure.
