2024/25 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Well he sent it in response to the discussion around that post. We can see this clearly from Dom's missus' post.

From this we can see someone took offence to the post and made a tweet calling her a helmet. Some other melt saw that tweet and decided to send her those nasty messages. You don't need to be Sherlock Holmes to determine this was prompted by her post and what she chose to write, it's all laid out here clearly what's happened.

So no it doesn't appear as if someone just woke up and decided to send those messages unprompted.

They saw someone's angry interpretation of what she had posted and then decided to act a nobhead in her messages.

The posters who are attacking her are sick and twisted whoever they are and have no right to be associated with Everton football club in any way. Hope they are tracked down and jailed, they bring shame to our club.

A) Starts & scores today and new contract announced tomorrow.

Or

B) Is on the bench, doesn’t score and is leaving.

Not sure which way this is going. Prefer A 😱

More likely in Everton terms this:

A) Is on the bench, doesn't score, gives the V's to the supporters for booing. Then signs a new contract tomorrow.

Or

B) Starts, scores 4, kisses the badge while slapping Gordon in the face. Announces an hour after the game he is leaving to go to the RS.

This is the way.

If this is his final game, then thank you for your years of service. Always worked hard, scored some important and some great goals.

For £1.5m, it’s been a pretty good deal considering our 3rd highest PL scorer.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

But sink the barcodes before you go. ta
I’m not sure the bit about always working hard is true. He’s let countless games pass him by.

No hard feelings with him but I hope he’s not continuing his career with us.

…I just think we wouldn’t be particularly interested in Delap if a deal with DCL had been agreed. The other consideration is Beto leaving but I think thats more unlikely. Difficult to imagine a scenario with Delap, Beto and DCL being here next season.

I think we'll need 2 strikers won't we. Broja going back, DCL probably leaving and the jury is still out on what it is Chermiti can offer.

Think there’s a difference between games passing someone by and them not working hard. In my view he has always put in the effort even if some games his impact hasn’t been there. But that’s just my view.

I’m happy either way tbh. If Moyes wants him, I trust Moyes to make that decision and also believe he will get more out of him. But also appreciate that for DCL, moving on may be the best thing as completely see why he may want a fresh start.
