This was five days ago. For what it's worth, I've been told he was back in light training, but to expect him back in January as the club won't rush him.

Long lay off, back in training 22nd, I would not be playing him 4 days later myself.
He should be on the bench for a least a month before we think about giving him 90 minutes. We need to see him as the person to come on and change a game in the last 20. Not as our main striker.
