I know what you mean but there are some dreadful teams below us , even if we finish 17th look after Dom .

….you can rest these injuries all you want but they invariably reappear as the scar tissue tears. Players subconsciously protect them when they’re playing.

i‘m a huge fan of the lad but I’d be seriously considering any interest in him.

Seem to be really tough injuries to recover from :(

Totally agree , just hope he comes through .

Remember when our medical staff didnt want to rush him back, then Benitez had them sacked, then he played him for 90 mins in his first game back.
In fairness he was supposedly in contention for Burnley on Boxing Day and then didn’t actually play until January 2nd so basically had an extra week of recovery. I’d have rather he didn’t play the 90 against Brighton but I’d have rather we weren’t in a position where we needed to leave him on too

Be nice to see Simms and Dobbin get a game in the cup. Shame Dom is having so many issues returning to fitness these seem like really tricky injuries to fully recover from. Not surprised he would feel tightness after first 90 mins in months we have to hope its not serious and he is back for Leicester we need him.
