Dominic Calvert-Lewin watch

Interview dropped. @Brett Angell Delight needs a lesson in taking things out of context I feel, you scamp.

"People that weren't involved, or weren't inside the building, underestimate the kind of toll it took on the players that were involved. We're the ones that go on the pitch but we're not the ones that make the whole club tick, so there are people involved that could potentially lose their jobs, and with the club being relegated, because the funding's not the same; you don't get the same viewership and things like that. So us as players, as the pressure mounted, you start to feel that, and you start to feel responsible, and you also don't want to be, you don't want to have a relegation on your CV and you take pride in that also."

Hey, buddy, I drove traffic to the thread didn't I? Basically doing @GrandOldTeam 's job for him at this point.

Now buy a jigsaw.

‘The last 3 years where stressful so I left’

Joins a club fighting relegation immediately and will go down right away.

"You start to feel responsible"

As he bloody well should do.

There wouldn't have been any pressure of relegation if he was able to score more than four non penalty goals a season.

I look forward to him getting relegated with Leeds. Maybe he will get his big European move this summer instead?

There’s a lot of hate in your heart for a Saturday 💞

A lot of hate I want to see Leeds relegated? Don't we all?

I am a little surprised to see our former number 9 say he "started to feel responsible". He's still on a tour of blaming everyone else when he should be getting his head down focusing on why he hasn't scored more than a single goal for Leeds.

Leeds under Farke play much better attacking football than he got to play under Dyche so I can see why he wants to distract from his failings this season by connecting his current crap form back to everyone else at Everton and the pressure of relegation.

@Brett Angell Delight was bang on with his summary. I've just watched it and if anything it's wound me up even more. It gives off the distinct impression that whatever struggles we went through over those 3 years was something he thought was absolutely nothing to do with him.

He comes across as the exact Billy Big Bollocks I've believed he was and that he clearly thinks nothing about those three years of relegation fights was anything to do with him not doing his job to the best of HIS ability.

I hope the stink of this Leeds relegation doesn't wash off him. I don't know how you can listen to anything he says about his time with us there and think of him fondly with respect. He's basically said it was nothing to do with him and it was devaluing his reputation being associated with our narrative. He takes absolutely zero responsibility for not scoring the goals he should have.
