For me 1 player is a must, 2 is what we need, 3 would be ideal.

The "must"being a CM player. Would love Holtby. He's a better much younger version of Osman who's just as versatile being able to play deeper or more attacking and out wide. I would think 6M should be enough to secure him also.

The "need" being another striker. What we'v got is simply not enough. The 12M we'v brought in selling our strikers should be there ready for a replacement although I do think lukaku will be available come summer! Not sure who maybe the michy fella.

The "ideal" being another CB. To me the only name there should be martins-indi. Direct replacement for Distin who can also cover LB and is a very talented player. Again you would think around 5M due to his contract.

That's about 18M worth of transfers..... Haha not a chance of that happening is there!!

I'd say we need a minimum of another striker, preferably a midfielder
also. They don't have to be permanent deals (although loans are getting a
bit ridiciulous), but our central midfield and striking options are
weak to say the least.

Personally think we should stop worrying about overspending and start
worrying about dropping out of European contention altogether, which is a
real possibility with our current injury list.

No Hibbert, No Osman, No Gibson, No Lukaku. Get the squad right. Barring the awful injuries out squad aint bad but now its been hit it shows that we must strengthen again

Sadly no. The annoying thing is that £18m shouldn't even be too much for us to spend given how much money we SHOULD have.

Honestly those signings and I'd count us still very much in the race for 4th.

Oh I'm sure those 3 players would really give us every chance of pushing it to the the wire. I do believe we'd have the money to do it aswell. Just depends on if they'd be available and if it would no go due to potential summer targets.
