TBH, I have grown increasingly tired of this stadium move talk. We have had this now for years and we still remain at Goodison. IMO, lets get things right on the pitch then look into moving. Say NO to Kirkby and Keep Everton in our City.

But what if Moyes set aside 15m for Moutinho and 10m for the rest.
Now, its obvious that 15m is not enough to capture Moutinho but Moyes is unwilling to dip in to the 10m to capture the portuguese as this will only leave him 5m for the others.
This is where AJ comes in to it. The money we were/are supposed to be getting for Johnson will allow us to buy Moutinho and let us know exactly where we stand with funds for the rest.But since the AJ transfer has hit a snag it looks as if we need to sell Johnson to buy players which is not true.

We all know that Davey has his player values, if he has set aside say £12M (which we original bid) for Moutinho, £5M for Mbia, £5-7M for Topal that'd equal the rumoured £25M before AJ's sale.

Now that Moutinho would cost nearer £20M, if Davey bought him first the other clubs we are hoping to deal with would up their prices knowing we've just made a £20M purchase.

I wonder if we are trying to juggle all the deals at once to get the best deals for the club but things are in limbo as the values of the players DM wants aren't adding up yet. I'm really hoping.

I will not influence anyones votes but believe as the days go on without new signings then more will begin to vote No. I hope we get more votes on the Yes side and conclude some deals. As far as Im concerned mate we should be able to spend 16m on Moutinho and buy another 2-3 5m players and thats WITHOUT the transfer from AJ. where has all the money from finishing 5th, getting to the last 16, the sale of Faddy and BT and the general profit a club makes over a season gone? Your absolutely right. I'm still in the camp althought frustrated that something hasn't developed yet.The pipeline is full and just waiting for the big move to unfold. I never doubted the AJ move isn't contingent on Moutinho being signed it's just the overall picture got very murkey the past couple of weeks with the Moyes acting very frustrated.

That is the whole problem mate, nobody has told anyone anything. Ask Mr Kenwright were the £5 million we got for McFadden has gone to. We know, or in your eyes believe £2 million went on securing the permanent deal for Steven Pienaar but were is the missing £3 million?? Oh no, dont tell me, it went on overheads to bank loans etc etc even though we average 34 thousand on the gates each season not too mention the x amounts the club receives from Merchandising sales.
