toffeebhoy

Player Valuation: £1m
time is a great healer of everything there i was swearing at my computer screen after each iof the 1st 3 games slating everyone from BK to the toffee lady :P.......

but when you let the dust settle and wade thru the BS been spun by various corners you will see reality ( however not everyone can accept this burden....) we are not as good as we would like to think yes we hav some good players and on paper its looks absolutely cracking but as the season drew closer we were been whipped up ( and the most of us gladly swallowed it !!!!) that we can seriuosly challenge the very top end of the lge..........its my opinion that we cant as this requires consistency over a period of rougly 9/10mths and consistetncy isnt ourstrongest suit.....

so after 3 games we hav 1 pt yes its depressing and we are goal shy at the mo and our more creative players seem to be passengers rather than drivers but ive seen enough in the last 2 lge games to convince me all will be fine !!!!!!(y)
like everything we hav good and bad pts....
coleman got sum competitve time under his belt(y)
baines ,pienaar ,rodwell, jags seem to coming into good form(y)
all i think we need is a game that will galvanise us be it a a game where the challenges are flying in ..everyne seems to be against us etc
the other end is beckford doesnt seem to be able to play the loan role(n)
and more of concern personally is when chasing a game v villa 2 of 3 subs were defenders(n)

so lets enjoy the break and role on man u

Little doubt the pre season nonsense went to ours and it seems the players heads we aint as good as we think we should be,a top 8 side no doubt about it but nothing more, not until money comes in and big money at that so its time to grow our own players and hope we hit on a run like united did in the 90s with thier young lads.

Time to accept these footballing facts we're good but not good enough but then again it could be worse it could be the pre Moyes era we were just crap then

Singing the right song there I think.
