Nah, it was that guy mentioned above, Baxter just got done with bits and bobs whereas Ward got done with a serious amount if I remember correctly.

Claims he wasn't personally involved in any dealing or smuggling. Supposedly he was off working away for a while and was asked to rent a house out for them as his name wouldn't raise any flags.

To his credit the interview I listened to he doesn't try and claim mitigating circumstances or ignorance. Says he knew full well why the people wanted the property and why they wanted to keep their names off the rentbook but went ahead anyway...easy money.
