Sorry mate, that is no way to treat anyone. On the silver linings front at least now you know how things stand and can move on to find someone who is a more considerate partner. Hope the time off with your other friends/family is healing and belated birthday wishes x

I know I was only on here a few weeks ago saying how well things were going. Unfortunately they've took a nose dive since them posts. I have terminal cancer which I've been living with for the last 2 years. It seems to have taken a turn for the worse and I'm in some discomfort and low level pain and my last scan reported worsening of my overall condition although interestingly the cancer hasn't really spread. I'm not really sure how I'm meant to feel at the minute it's just general disappointment at the moment. I'm trying to avoid being sad as I don't think it will do me any good.

Messy can you spend time with loved ones or friends? Have you got people who are supportive?. Try not to be alone buddy. Have you got support re: your pain. District nurses who can monitor your pain relief and inform Drs and or specialists about your pain control. It's ok to be sad, perfectly natural in your condition but you need support both psychologically and physically. I'm sure as long as people are aware mate that there are people out there who are more than willing to support. If your unable to yourself, those close to you can act as an advocate for you and get the help and support you need. Please, just tell people and ask for support. It's out there my friend. Oh that's not good to hear. As @COYBL25 said, MacMillan are excellent and can give you lots of good advice. You're doing right by trying to avoid being sad but don't block out your emotions. It's OK to feel sorry for yourself every now and again x

Another father of two found on Father's Day having taken his own life. Desperately sad. If you are struggling with your mental health please please please talk to someone and let them know. I promise there are people out there WHO WANT TO HELP, AND DO CARE.

I just wanted to know anyone's view on hearing voices is it normal to just hear random voices in the house when alone not from neighbours , or is that just a example of hyper anxiety. I don't really know what to to do like, I don't really get these voices while out, just when in the house alone.
