What's the score with getting Mansfield tickets to myself?

My mate whos a ST couldn't go, so bought my dad a ticket off his account, but not in my mates ST Seat.

Will I get the ticket? Or my mate?
 
I'm in pretty much this exact same boat mate, got mine but only mine in the app and no email. I'd say not to panic but...it's Everton.
Same here, my ticket re added fine but waiting for 2x kids ones, hoping email comes out with them soon
 
If anyone is using a VPN on their phone, this will stop the season ticket from updating. Mine was also showing just a - but turn off VPN, go to the ticket in your wallet, press the 3 dots, pass details, then turn off auto update, then turn ON auto update. Hope this helps some of you.
 
Managed to update my season ticket in my wallet by following the instructions a few have posted already but I bought my daughter a ticket through her membership. I got an email confirmation through when I bought it last Thursday and then randomly got a membership email through yesterday for the same value of the match ticket £5, even though I sorted her membership months ago. Few people have also said the same thing has happened with them as well.

I tried to ring the box office today but no joy after 20 mins. I’ve read a few people are in the same boat as well, could be chaos tomorrow! Think I’ll go down to the box office in the morning if it’s not resolved by then.
 
For general sale tickets, how can I get one to someone else? Seems only season ticket linked tickets can be transferred or relisted. I've not even had an email with download link I can send to someone to try and download direct to their wallet, all I've had is it appear in my app with download link, and not sure if I download it to wallet it'll be stuck with me?

Same only mine showing in app but not my 2 sons but it doesn’t shown mine in wallet as Mansfield
 
My tickets just come through, looks like they're in club view which i wasn't expecting and sounds a bit disappointing based on the latest article on @GrandOldTeam from Sundays game.

Oh well, if there's only 1 kiosk and it sells out of everything, I guess I save money on my lad asking for everything 😆

I bought for me and my grandson. (both blue+ members)
I received the confirmation of purchase email but then nothing until this morning when my ticket just appeared in my app. Grandsons ticket went directly to his app.

Thanks for helping but still didn't work for me my son had to go back to my original season ticket email a go from there FFS will this be every game
