Anyone else’s seasons tickets looking odd in their apple wallet?

I have 3 tickets. 1 is fine and looks exactly how it always has and says hold near reader.

The other 2 have a picture of the south stand and everton crest but doesn’t say hold near reader? Tried to call box office but it’s shut!

Mine is the same, should be fine if it’s happening to a few people though this is Everton. I might get in a bit earlier than usual to be sure

Possibly will be fine but like I say I have 3 season tickets and two are completely different in appearance for this game and don’t say “hold near reader”

Hi mate, mine the same. You need to select, and then double click the right button on your phone. It will then ask to hold near reader.

Any season ticket I phone users had the update to show the Newcastle match yet ?
I know probably nothing to worry about and I’ll start receiving 15 updates a day soon but I think I’ve normally moved on to the next match by now, still showing Fulham with a weird 18:01 on top right hand corner.

Mine hadn’t updated from the Fulham game.
If you’ve got an iPhone, just tap the circle with the 3 dots at the top right, go into notifications and turn automatic notifications off and back on. My ticket then updated to Newcastle.

I can't get to Newcastle so put my ticket on resale and the moment it sold , my Android phone updated to Notts Forest. Why is it different for i-phone ?

Last year I transferred my lads ticket to an adult on about 5 occasions. It always showed as a standard adult ticket after transfer. Not sure if it's the same now though.
